All JLTs have a nominal value of 1MWh energy attributes, and each basis pool uses a different JLT. We're not going to build enough global clean energy capacity to (1) electrify the economy, (2) decarbonize the electricity grid, and (3) improve people's quality of life by expanding access to electricity by 2050. Part of the reason we're off track is that it is difficult and opaque to finance clean energy development. We want to fix that.
